THIS WAS AT THE CAFE ROYAL, REGENT STREET ON SATURDAY 5th JULY 1958 AND KICKED OFF THE SOHO FAIR OF 1958In shot with her are Charles Forte the hotel magnate and Bob Goldstein, head of 20th Century Fox, and Marjorie Proops. Behind is Billy Butlin of the holiday camps fame.These images were taken by Doug Burn who was a prominent photographer in the London society & establishment scene in the 1950s onwards.
